RMA Procedures and Policy
 
How to do the RMA?

  • Step 1 : Download the RMA Request Form, fill it out and fax it back to us.

  • Step 2 : PSI does not accept whole case return unless you get pre-approve from our RMA department.

  • Step 3 :Attach copy of the RMA Request Form bearing authorized return number to be shipped with returning item(s).

  • Step 4 : Copy the authorized return number outside of the shipping box for easier receiving.

 

  1. All PSI merchandise is warranted for one (1) year from date of purchase against any defects.
  2. Defective merchandise can only be exchanged for replacement,no credit or cash refund will be given.
  3. Damage to the contents inside the carton during shippiong is the responsibility of the carrier.
  4. Returned merchandise will only be accepted with RMA# clearly marked on the outside of the original shipping carton.


    RMA# can be obtained by contacting our RMA department and providing the reason of return customer number and invoice number.

    RMA freight charge is customer's sole responsibility.

    All the RMA merchandise must be shipped back to PSI within ten (10) working days after the RMA# is obtained.

    PSI has the right to refuse any RMA shipment past the ten-day authorized period. All the original items, parts and manuals must be included inside the RMA carton with a description of reason of retum.

  5. There is a 20% restocking fee on merchandise shipped to but refused by customer when PSI is not at fault.
