Q: I have trouble to connect the case front panel cables with my motherboards.


  Please find out the pin assignment paper in the tool box/bag of the case you bought,
then you need to match it with the user manual from your motherboard.
Once you match them,you'll be able to know which housing (connector) from the
case cable goes to which pin on the motherboard.

 

Q: What's is your RMA policy?

 

  1. All PSI merchandise is warranted for one (1) year from date of purchase against any defects.

  2. Defective merchandise can only be exchanged for replacement,no credit or cash refund will be given.

  3. Damage to the contents inside the carton during shippiong is the responsibility of the carrier.

  4. Returned merchandise will only be accepted with RMA# clearly marked on the outside of the original shipping carton.RMA# can be obtained by contacting our RMA department and providing the reason of return customer number and invoice number.RMA freight charge is customer's sole responsibility.All the RMA merchandise must be shipped back to PSI within ten (10) working days after the RMA# is obtained.PSI has the right to refuse any RMA shipment past the ten-day authorized period. All the original items,parts and manuals must be included inside the RMA carton with a description of reason of retum.

  5. There is a 20% restocking fee on merchandise shipped to but refused by customer when PSI is not at fault.
